Workshop Description

Hookups are fun—but they can also leave us feeling empty. So what comes next?

This workshop is for those investing in more lasting approaches to sex. Together, we’ll explore how to build sexual partnerships that offer connection, intimacy, nourishment, and growth—while keeping the fun alive.

Through a semi-structured and participatory conversation, we’ll dive into the ingredients that support long-term pleasure partnerships. We'll touch on:

🔸 Communicating needs and desires
🔸 Understanding boundaries
🔸 Expressing clear and enthusiastic consent

By the end of the evening, you'll have a deeper awareness of your own wishes, a broader understanding of playful partnership, and tools for nourishing the kind of connections you're looking for.

About the facilitator:
My name is FFabio—the second F is silent—and I like sex that fills up my heart, my soul, and my hole. I'm polyamorous-minded, exploring the ebb and flow of needs and desires in a free, safe, intentional, and respectful way. I enjoy casual sex, but I have no fun when I'm disposable—so I went on a quest for meaning through sex.

Although human connections can’t be engineered, I try to build few-strings-attached relationships with sexy, sensual, and playful men who nurture themselves and human connection while enjoying sexual compatibility, balls-deep.

Working as a trainer, I find it useful to condense what I’ve learned on this quest into workshops for those on their own personal—and often similar—sexplorations. I love to teach, but I don’t preach: every journey is different, and we are all captains of our own love boats.
